No Beyonce?
Such an eclectic mix–all over the place (in a good way)! I’ve only listened to half of them, but so far I like Cassie best (I like her anyway). I don’t have a great idea of all the music that was released in 2013, but I really like Haim. I think you might enjoy their pop-y sound; some of the tracks on their 2013 album “Days Are Gone” have kind of an ’80’s pop sound. Their most popular tune is “The Wire.”

I think Chance the Rapper’s _Acid Rap_ deserves a place on best-of-the-year lists, although I’m not sure you’re much of a rap fan, Noah…?
Matt, I haven’t heard Beyonce’s new one yet; I need to let the hype die down a litte, I think; it’s put me off a bit. I don’t follow contemporary hip hop super closely, though I don’t have anything per se against it. I’ll try Chance the Rapper and see what I think…
